Ms. Su is currently the Secretary General of Huang Yi Cong Foundation. She joined the organization when it was in preparation in 2007. Her main responsibility includes leading a team dedicating to program planning and execution including due diligence and on-site visits as well as supervision of administrative work. She has many years of experience in non-profit organization management, CSR and etc. Ms. Su has two master's degree in Linguistics and Industrial Management from the University at Stony Brook in the U. S.
